Precast concrete pile features

Traditional pile system that can be applied to practically all construction projects. 

On floor areas, the pile had can be driven off at height.

Through the calender process, the driving depth can be controlled well.

As a result of many orders placed by the suppliers, we are flexible whenever the pile specifications change.

Slant positions: Backwards until a maximum of 4:1 / forwards until a maximum of 5:1.

Compressive, tensile and temporary pressure can be taken well with additional reinforcement

Applications

Wind mill foundations. 

Housing, commercial and industrial construction and other sorts of construction projects and under practically all soil conditions. 

Are suitable for road and hydraulic engineering projects where heavy pile loads occur. 

Are suitable for smaller construction projects that require a quick and flexible execution.

Can be inserted from existing ground level for the construction of basements, tunnels and other underground buildings, and subsequently driven in-depth. 

Are suitable for piling work from water on a pontoon for boathouses, moorings and bridges. 

Are often applied for sheds, piled terraces and yard walls in new construction projects. 

Quality monitoring

ASC COMPANY produces prefab concrete piles in accordance with the installation procedures drawn up within the framework of the internal quality monitoring system, national standards and implementation conditions. 

Supervision ground-mechanical bearing capacity

Checking the bearing capacity during the driving process of prefab concrete piles is done through the calender process. 

Supervision pile-technical bearing capacity

After the driving process, the prefab concrete piles can be checked through an acoustic test.
